Returns and Exchanges

Our Returns Department makes it easy to return an item! Most Cufflinks-Men.com purchases can be returned as long as they fit within the time frame of our return policy listed below.

To return an item, simply email us at orders@Cufflinks-Men.com and request a return authorization number. Your number will be provided to you and a return document will be emailed, which you will need to print and place within your package.

For a refund back to your credit card or PayPal account, items must be returned within 15 days and must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

Items received within 30 days of delivery are allowed to be returned for store credit. Store credit will be valid for 1 year. Items returned for store credit must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of your delivery. Again, products returned must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Additional shipping charges may apply to deliver your new product.

Shipping/Handling: If the return is a result of our error, process a return of the item with our Returns Department for a refund of the appropriate shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refunded otherwise. Please note that if you did receive free shipping on your order, a corresponding fee may be deducted from your return amount.

Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

Sale Items: Sale items are not subject to returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the item.
For shipping your return to us, we suggest using UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. While this will not be refunded to you, it will protect you from packages lost in transit. Please be sure to keep your tracking number until your package has been received.

After a return has been received, it can take up to 15 business days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by PayPal balance, a refund will be credited to your PayPal account. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
